Tarte flambée

... a quickly conjured up dinner
Tarte flambée
You need

For 1 tarte:

For the dough

  • 200 g flour
  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 125 ml water
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the topping

Preparation

  • Knead the ingredients for the dough into a smooth mass and then roll it out on a floured work surface to form a thin dough.
  • Cut the onion into thin rings, cut the salmon fillet into small cubes or thin slices.
  • Bake the tarte flambée in the preheated oven for approx. 5 minutes (at 220°C)
  • Then brush the base with smoked salmon cream and put the salmon cubes and onion rings on top. Bake again for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish the tarte flambée with a plenty of rocket so much as you wish.
